Accepting an Invitation

Overview

If someone has invited you to join their flying club or partnership on Centerline, you'll receive an email invitation with a link to create your account and join the organization.

Steps to Accept an Invitation

1. Check your email - Look for an invitation email from Centerline. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
2. Click the invitation link - The link will take you to the Centerline acceptance page.
3. Review the invitation details - You'll see the organization name, who invited you, and what roles you've been assigned.
4. Complete your profile - Enter your first name, last name, and phone number (optional).
5. Create a password - Choose a secure password with at least 6 characters.
6. Click Accept Invitation - Submit the form to join the organization.

Invitation Expiration

Invitations expire after 7 days. If your invitation has expired, contact your club administrator to send a new one.

Already Have a Centerline Account?

If you already have a Centerline account with another organization, the invitation will automatically add you to the new organization. You can switch between organizations using the organization selector in your profile menu.

Tips

• Your assigned roles determine what you can do in the system. If you need additional permissions, contact your Account Owner.
• After joining, update your profile with your pilot certificates and ratings.
