The Service is used to help users reserve aircraft, manage membership, and track aircraft maintenance. This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

  • Subscription and billing details: plan type, payment status, invoices, and limited payment information (payment card numbers are typically handled by our payment processor)
  • Flight scheduling data: requested reservations, booking preferences, times, locations, notes, and related operational details
  • Aircraft and maintenance data: aircraft identifiers (including tail number), maintenance schedules, logs you enter, inspection dates, component/service entries, documents you upload, and related notes
  • Communications: messages sent to us (support requests, feedback, forms, surveys)

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, app version
  • Usage data: pages/screens viewed, features used, clicks, timestamps, error logs, performance metrics
  • Approximate location: derived from IP address (not precise GPS unless you explicitly enable/allow it)
