The Service is used to help users reserve aircraft, manage membership, and track aircraft maintenance. This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

3.1 Information you provide
We collect information you choose to provide, such as:
- Account and profile information: name, email, phone number, organization, role/permissions
- Subscription and billing details: plan type, payment status, invoices, and limited payment information (payment card numbers are typically handled by our payment processor)
- Flight scheduling data: requested reservations, booking preferences, times, locations, notes, and related operational details
- Aircraft and maintenance data: aircraft identifiers (including tail number), maintenance schedules, logs you enter, inspection dates, component/service entries, documents you upload, and related notes
- Communications: messages sent to us (support requests, feedback, forms, surveys)

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:
- Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, app version
- Usage data: pages/screens viewed, features used, clicks, timestamps, error logs, performance metrics
- Approximate location: derived from IP address (not precise GPS unless you explicitly enable/allow it)
4. How We Use Information

- Provide and operate the Service, including managing accounts, subscriptions, authentication, and access controls
