Overview
The Fleet Status card on your dashboard provides a quick health check of your organization's aircraft. At a glance, you can see which aircraft are ready to fly and which have issues.
Status Indicators
Each aircraft displays a color-coded status:
- Green (checkmark) - Aircraft is healthy with no issues
- Yellow (warning) - Aircraft has open squawks that don't prevent flight
- Orange (alert) - Aircraft has grounding squawks - not safe to fly
- Red (stop) - Aircraft is in scheduled maintenance - unavailable
What You Can See
The fleet status shows aircraft you have access to. For each aircraft:
- Tail number and aircraft type
- Current status (healthy, squawks, maintenance)
- Count of open issues if any
Accessing More Details
Click View Squawks on any aircraft to see the full list of open squawks and their details.
Current Flight Warnings
If you have an active reservation and the aircraft has issues, you'll see warnings on your Current Flight card. This includes:
- Maintenance in progress
- Open squawks (with grounding indicators)
Tips
- Check fleet status before making a reservation to ensure the aircraft is flyable.
- If you see a yellow or orange status, review the squawks before flying.
- Red status means the aircraft cannot be reserved during maintenance.
