Inviting New Members

Overview

Account Owners and members with the User Management role can invite new members to the organization.

Required Role

You must have either the Account Owner or User Management role to invite members.

Steps to Invite a Member

  1. Navigate to Members - Click Members in the navigation bar.
  2. Click Invite Member - Opens the invitation form.
  3. Enter the email address - The new member's email.
  4. Select aircraft access - Choose which aircraft they can book.
  5. Assign roles - Select the roles for this member.
  6. Click Send Invitation - The invitation email is sent.

What the Invitee Receives

The invited person receives an email with:

  • Your organization name
  • Your name as the inviter
  • A link to accept and create their account
  • Expiration date (7 days from invitation)

Invitation Status

Pending invitations appear in the Members page showing:

  • Pending - Waiting for the person to accept
  • Expired - Invitation was not accepted in time

Managing Invitations

For pending invitations, you can:

  • Resend - Send the invitation email again
  • Cancel - Remove the invitation

Existing Users

If the email belongs to someone who already has a Centerline account, they're added to your organization immediately without needing to accept an invitation.

Tips

  • Double-check the email address before sending.
  • Start new members with the Member role - you can add more roles later.
  • Make sure to grant access to at least one aircraft so they can make reservations.
