Viewing Members

Overview

The Members page shows everyone in your organization. You can view contact information, roles, and aircraft access for each member.

Accessing the Members List

Click Members in the navigation bar to see all organization members.

Member Information

For each member, you can see:

  • Name - First and last name
  • Email - Contact email address
  • Phone - Phone number if provided
  • Roles - Badges showing assigned roles (Account Owner, Booking, Maintenance, etc.)

Sorting and Filtering

Use the controls at the top of the list to:

  • Search - Type a name to filter the list
  • Sort - Click column headers to sort by name, email, or phone
  • Show Retired - Toggle to include members with no active roles

Role Badges

Members display badges for their roles:

  • Crown icon (amber) - Account Owner
  • Calendar icon (teal) - Booking
  • Wrench icon (coral) - Maintenance
  • Users icon (purple) - User Management
  • User icon (gray) - Member

Viewing Member Details

Click on a member to see their full profile, including:

  • Contact information
  • Aircraft access permissions
  • Certificates and ratings
  • About me section

Pending Invitations

If there are pending invitations, they appear in a separate section showing:

  • Email address invited
  • Status (pending, expired)
  • Options to resend or cancel
