Maintenance Schedules

Overview

The Maintenance page shows scheduled maintenance for your aircraft. This includes recurring items like annuals, 100-hour inspections, oil changes, and VOR checks.

Viewing Maintenance Schedules

Click Maintenance in the navigation bar to see all scheduled maintenance. Each item shows:

• Aircraft - Which aircraft
• Type - Annual, 100-Hour, Oil Change, etc.
• Description - Details about the maintenance
• Interval - How often it's due (hours or calendar)
• Last Completed - When it was last done
• Next Due - When it's due again
• Progress - Visual indicator of time remaining

Progress Indicators

The progress bar shows how much time remains until the next maintenance:

• Green - Plenty of time remaining
• Yellow - Approaching due date
• Red - Overdue or very close to due

Filtering by Aircraft

Use the aircraft dropdown to show maintenance for a specific aircraft only.

Maintenance Blocks on Calendar

When maintenance is scheduled, it appears as a red block on the calendar. The aircraft cannot be reserved during maintenance periods.

Managing Maintenance

Members with the Maintenance role can:

• Create new maintenance schedules
• Update completion dates when maintenance is done
• Adjust aircraft tach time and usage rates
• Reorder maintenance items

Tips

• Check maintenance status before long trips to ensure nothing is coming due.
• Yellow and red indicators mean maintenance is approaching - plan accordingly.
