Email Delivery Reporting
Published February 27, 2026
For: All Members
We've added email delivery reporting to Centerline so both club administrators and members have clear visibility when emails aren't getting through.
Why this matters
Centerline sends important notifications — reservation confirmations, flight reminders, certificate expiration warnings, and more. If those emails bounce or get flagged as spam, you could miss something critical. Until now, there was no easy way to know if that was happening.
For members
If any emails to your address have bounced or triggered a complaint in the last 30 days, you'll now see a warning icon next to your email in the profile menu at the top of the page. Head to your Profile > Notifications tab to see a detailed list of which emails failed and why.
Common causes include a full mailbox, a typo in your email address, or an overly aggressive spam filter. If you see delivery issues, double-check your email address under Profile > Personal and make sure emails from Centerline aren't being blocked by your mail provider. Centerline sends from noreply@flycenterline.app you can add the address to your whitelist.
For account owners and admins
When viewing the Members list, you'll see a warning icon next to any member whose email has had delivery problems in the last 30 days. Hover over the icon for details. You can also see the full list of failed emails when editing a member's profile under the Personal tab.
This makes it easy to proactively reach out to members who may not be receiving their notifications.
No action needed
This feature works automatically using delivery data we already collect. There's nothing to enable or configure — if there are issues, you'll see them. If there aren't, everything stays clean.
