Flight Time Logs

For: Maintenance Manager, Account Owner

We just released built-in flight logs that eliminate paper logbooks and spreadsheets. Every flight gets recorded with hobbs time, tach time, fuel, oil, and notes — all tied to the aircraft, the pilot, and the reservation.

Log flights in seconds, not minutes. When you finish a reservation, Centerline prompts you to enter your end times right from the dashboard. Start values are pre-filled from the last recorded entry, so there's nothing to look up.

Spot discrepancies before they become problems. Gap detection highlights when a pilot's start times don't match the previous end times — so you always know if someone forgot to log a flight or if the numbers don't add up.

Filter, total, and export with ease. View logs by aircraft, pilot, or date range. Totals for hobbs and tach hours calculate instantly, giving dispatchers and club managers the data they need without manual math.

Built for how clubs actually work.

  - Booking admins can view and edit any entry; members manage their own

  - Mark maintenance test flights separately so they don't muddy pilot totals

  - Track fuel added and oil added alongside every flight for a complete aircraft history
