New: Reports — the questions you've been answering by gut feel, answered with data

Your Club, In Focus

If you help run a flying club, you carry a set of questions around in your head. Is the Archer actually earning its keep? Are Saturday mornings as oversubscribed as they feel? How long do squawks really sit before they're closed? Who's about to fly on an expired medical?

Until now, answering those meant exporting CSVs and building spreadsheets — or just trusting your gut. Not anymore. Centerline now has a full Reports section, built from the data your club already generates every day. Click Reports in the navigation and the answers are just there.

Reports are role-based: you see the groups your role unlocks, and Account Owners see everything.

Operations — for Booking admins

Five reports on how the fleet actually gets used:

  • Aircraft Utilization — hours flown, flight counts, downtime, and realized $/hr per aircraft. The fleet-sizing conversation, with numbers in it.

  • Reservation Demand — a heatmap of when members book, by day of week and hour. If Tuesday afternoons are a ghost town and Saturday mornings are a knife fight, this is where you'll see it.

  • Booking Lead Time — how far ahead members book each aircraft. Shrinking lead times are an early sign of availability pressure.

  • Member Activity — reservations, completed flights, and hours per member. Spot the member who's drifting away — and the one who's ready for more.

  • Unfinished / Overdue Flights — who's flying but skipping the finish-flight workflow, which is what keeps logs and billing accurate.

Maintenance & Safety — for Maintenance admins

  • Aircraft Downtime — maintenance days and events per aircraft over the period.

  • Squawk Cycle Time — squawks opened, closed, and average days-to-close per aircraft. If the average creeps up, maintenance throughput isn't keeping pace — and now you'll know before the backlog does the telling.

Compliance — for User Management admins

  • Expirations — medical, flight review, and club-review currency for every member, grace days included. Run it before renewal season; your safety officer will want it bookmarked.

Financial — for Account Owners

  • Revenue by Aircraft — charges minus fuel credits per aircraft (requires the Billing feature). Put it next to Aircraft Utilization and the fleet economics conversation writes itself.

The Monthly Executive Summary

The flagship. Every other report gives you tables — this one gives you the interpretation. The Monthly Executive Summary is an AI-authored briefing over the trailing three months of your club's operations: fleet activity, membership trends, maintenance (with per-aircraft commentary, including anything flagged as grounding), and finances.

Pick a month, click Generate, and get a written brief you could read aloud at your next board meeting. It's stored once generated, and you can regenerate any month after correcting data. Account Owners only.

The Details

Every report has date-range filtering (plus aircraft and member filters where they make sense), and the filters live in the URL — bookmark your favorite cut or paste a link to another officer. Every report exports to CSV for board packets and budgeting. And the whole section is documented in the in-app help center under Reports.
