Put Centerline on the clubhouse wall: the TV Dashboard is here

The TV Dashboard
Point any TV browser at your club's unique link and Centerline becomes clubhouse signage. The display rotates through one screen per aircraft — the aircraft's photo, its live status (available, flying, grounded, down for maintenance), who has it now and who's next, open squawks, and maintenance intervals — then shows your upcoming events, three at a time.
What makes it wall-worthy:
It updates itself, live. Book a plane, close a squawk, end a flight — the wall reflects it within seconds, no refresh needed. A "Live" indicator in the header turns amber if the display ever loses its connection, so a stale screen is visible from across the room.
Built for 24/7. No login, no keyboard, no timeouts. Leave it running for months.
Guest-appropriate by design. Pilot names are abbreviated ("Jamie P.") and squawk reporters aren't shown — it hangs where visitors can read it.
Light or dark, your choice, per club — and flipping the setting updates the wall while you're standing in front of it.
Signage-player friendly. The short token is easy to type into a TV browser by hand, and the page works inside the iframe-based players some signage hardware uses.
Mint your display link from Setup → Data & Features → TV Dashboard (account owners only). You can revoke and re-mint the link any time.
One note on hardware: the display needs a reasonably modern browser (roughly 2023 or newer). If a screen comes up unstyled, check the TV's browser version first.
Aircraft Photos & Your Club Logo
You can now upload a photo for each aircraft (on the Add/Edit Aircraft form) and your club's logo (on Setup → Organization). Both star on the TV dashboard — the photo as each aircraft screen's hero image, the logo in the header.
Uploads are handled with care: nothing is force-cropped to a square, aspect ratios are preserved, and transparent logos stay transparent.
Event Images That Make Themselves
Creating an event? There's now a Generate button beside the image picker on the new/edit event dialogs. It reads the event's own title, description, and location and produces an aviation-themed image on the spot — then stages it exactly like an uploaded file, crop and all. Type a better description, generate again.
Event images now also lead each row of the events list, so a good image pays off everywhere the event appears — in the app, on the TV dashboard, and on your website (see below).
Your Events, on Your Website
A new embeddable events widget puts your club's upcoming events on any website you control — the club's homepage, an airport association page, anywhere you can paste one <script> tag. It shows the next events you've marked Promote publicly, images included, and inherits your site's typography so it looks native rather than bolted on. Host-page CSS can't break it, and nothing renders if the club has no promoted events.
Grab the snippet from the new Event Sharing card on Setup → Data & Features, which now also hosts the calendar feed — everything that publishes your schedule outward, in one place.
Billing Import & Export, Round-Trip
A cluster of improvements for clubs moving data in and out:
Billing is now importable — Setup → Import Data accepts a billing CSV, and every import type now offers a sample CSV template so you can see the expected columns before you start.
Billing is included in the full data export, and the billing list gained a raw CSV export under a single Export menu, right beside the QuickBooks format.
Centerline's own export is round-trip re-importable — export from one org, import into another, and it just works. Imports now also preserve roles, instructors, and squawk resolutions instead of dropping them.
Every billing and charges surface now formats currency with thousands separators — a $12,450 balance no longer renders as "$12450.00".
Flight Logs Lock Down When Billing Is On
An extension of last cycle's billed-log locking: when billing is enabled for your club, members can no longer edit or delete any of their own flight logs — not just the billed ones. The times drive their bill, so changes route through booking admins, and members see their logs read-only. With billing off, nothing changes: members still manage their own unbilled entries.
Also This Update
Reminder plumbing rebuilt — Reservation reminders now go out as each booking enters its 24-hour window (not in a 1am batch), and the scheduled jobs behind reminders, backups, billing, and cleanup were reorganized so one failure can't block the rest. Job status remains visible on the System page.
Members' Charges got its own screen — with a balance card and running balance; details in the member announcement.
Setup → Billing tidy-up — Monthly Dues now sits below Aircraft Rates, matching the order you configure them in.
