New in Centerline: shared equipment on the calendar, fuel tracking per aircraft
Published September 25, 2026
For: Account Owner, Booking Manager, Maintenance Manager
Setup → Equipment
Account owners get a new Equipment tab under Setup.
Each item has a name, a description, an optional photo, and an icon from a built-in set (headset, bike, radio, ADS-B receiver, life vest, oxygen, and more).
Items are ordered by hand; the order is what members see in every picker.
Retiring an item hides it from every picker, cancels its upcoming reservations, and notifies each holder that the equipment was retired. Past bookings are kept.
A retired item can be restored from the same list if it comes back into service.
Any active member can reserve any active item. There are no checkout permissions, currency rules, or billing attached to equipment.
What Booking Admins Can Do
Booking admins (the Booking role or Account Owner) can open any member's equipment booking from the calendar and change the item, the window, or the holder, or cancel or delete it. The member is told in the app when an admin changes, reassigns, or cancels their booking.
If a member edits a booking that was made with a flight (changing its window, item, or holder), it stands on its own from then on and no longer follows the flight. Changing only the notes keeps the link.
Fuel Tracking
On Setup → Aircraft, turn on Track Fuel Remaining for an aircraft and enter one tank or left/right tanks with their capacities.
Pilots are asked for the fuel remaining when they finish a flight, or on a manual log entry. Single-tank aircraft suggest the figure from the fuel added.
The dashboard's Current Flight and Next Flight cards show each tank's level against capacity: green above three-quarters, red below a quarter, amber between, and "Not yet reported" until a pilot records one.
This requires the Flight Logs & Time Tracking feature, since that is where levels are reported.
