Email Not Received

Overview

Centerline uses email for the moments that matter most — reservation reminders the day before your flight, invitation links when you join the club, and password resets when you're locked out. A missed notification isn't just inconvenient; it can mean showing up at the ramp for a flight that was never confirmed, or missing a certificate expiry reminder. Getting Centerline emails reliably into your inbox is a small step that supports safe, well-coordinated flying. If messages aren't arriving, the steps below will almost always resolve it.

Check Your Spam Folder

The most common reason for missing emails is spam filtering. Check your spam or junk folder for emails from:

Add Centerline to Safe Senders

Mark Centerline emails as "Not Spam" and add the sender to your contacts or safe senders list. This varies by email provider:

  • Gmail - Click "Not spam" button, or add to contacts
  • Outlook - Right-click message, select "Add to Safe Senders"
  • Yahoo - Add to contacts or mark as "Not Spam"

Check Email Address

Verify you're checking the correct email address - the one associated with your Centerline account. If you're not sure, ask your Account Owner to confirm your email address.

Invitation Emails

If you haven't received an invitation email:

  1. Check your spam folder
  2. Ask the person who invited you to resend the invitation
  3. Verify they used the correct email address

Notification Emails

If you're not receiving notification emails:

  1. Go to your Profile > Notifications
  2. Verify email notifications are enabled
  3. Check that the specific notification types are turned on
