Overview
Your Centerline password is the key to your club's aircraft, schedules, and maintenance records — keeping it secure (and being able to recover it quickly) matters. If you've forgotten your password or simply want to rotate it for security, Centerline's self-service reset flow gets you back in the air in minutes, without needing to call anyone. Follow the steps below and you'll be logged back in before your next preflight.
Steps to Reset Your Password
- Go to the Sign In page
- Click "Forgot Password" - Below the password field
- Enter your email address - Use the email associated with your account
- Click "Send Reset Link"
- Check your email - Look for an email from Centerline
- Click the reset link - Opens the password reset page
- Enter your new password - At least 6 characters
- Confirm your new password
- Click "Reset Password"
Reset Link Issues
Link Expired
Password reset links expire after 1 hour. If your link has expired:
- Return to the Sign In page
- Request a new reset link
- Use the new link promptly
Link Doesn't Work
If clicking the link doesn't work:
- Try copying and pasting the entire link into your browser
- Make sure you're using the most recent reset email (if you requested multiple)
- Clear your browser cache and try again
Opened in Different Browser
The reset link should be opened in the same browser where you requested it. If you opened it in a different browser, you may need to request a new link.
