Editing Your Profile

Overview

Your profile contains your personal information, contact details, and pilot information. Keep it updated so your club can reach you and track your qualifications.

Accessing Your Profile

Click your profile picture or name in the top right corner, then select Profile.

Personal Information

On the Personal tab, you can update:

  • Profile Picture - Upload a photo that helps others recognize you
  • First Name / Last Name - Your display name
  • Phone Number - Primary contact number
  • Emergency Contact - Name and phone number for emergencies
  • Mailing Address - Your address (optional)
  • About Me - A brief bio visible to other members

Account Information

The account section shows (read-only):

  • Email address (cannot be changed)
  • Organization name
  • Your assigned roles
  • Member since date
  • Flight statistics (reservations this year, last year, lifetime)

Uploading a Profile Picture

  1. Click on your current picture or the upload area
  2. Select an image file from your device
  3. The picture is automatically saved

Tips

  • Add an emergency contact - it's important for flight safety.
  • A profile picture helps other members recognize you.
  • Keep your phone number current for reservation reminders.
